#Remix os installation tool stuck install
And I am open for any suggestions of other OS's that i can install COMPLETELY on my 4 gig drive. So plz share any fixes u think i need to do. And I literally, was feeling sleepy so fell asleep leaving the laptop on for booting and after waking up it was still booting so i dumped it too. So I tried live booting again It started boot animated of the android logo and I let it boot. I flashed it with rufus only with persistance of 2840MB cluster size=4096bytes (default) MBR partitionīooted nicely with both efi and legacy but when i ran it for installation (from 4gig drive to install on a another 4gig drive) (same specs) while writing the data.img the dialog box dissapears leaving a blue screen and the flash drive is still writing something (because the indicator light was still blinking hard) I had important data on my main drive so i turned off my Laptop immediately. I thought my ISO was bad but I ran it in oracle and got the setup page in 10-15 minutes.
Waited for 30 mins and even an hour but nothing once i got "android is starting" but it disappeared in a fraction of sec and started boot looping remix OS sign
Shows the initial gnu and the boot animation too (i used resident since i want a persistant usb) and boot animation loaded and the "remix os" sign kept blinking I have a Lenovo ideapad 330s (uefi and legacy supported) and a 4gb flash drive (seq read 20-ish MB/s and seq write 4-5-ish MB/s / random read 5-7ish MB/s and random write 0.70-0.73 MB/s) 1)remix OS case I downloaded the Remix_OS_for_PC_Android_M_64bit_B2016112101.iso and flashed it to my 4gb flash drive I did not used the provided flash tool because it required 8gig flash drive so flashed with Rufus with max possible persistance size of 2460MB in MBR partition and format of FAT32 Cluster size 4096 bytes (default).Īfter finishing i went to bios ()disabled secure boot () legacy support (priority uefi first) () boot priority to usb 1st and booted Thevividvivek Asks: Stuck booting screen on Remix os and Android x86
